Navitar Releases New Wide Angle Lens with Best Throw Ratio and Widest Angle
ROCHESTER, NEW YORK, September 21, 2006 - Navitar introduces
the MCL2125 as the newest addition to their NuView series of wide angle
replacement lenses for projectors.
The new 0.826” (21 mm focal length) wide angle projector lens allows
a 0.99” LCD projector to fill a 10-foot screen from a distance of
10.5 feet.
“Our customers were looking for a wide angle lens for the 0.99”
panel size LCD projector, in particular,” comments Navitar’s
Co-President, Julian Goldstein. “Overall, Navitar’s MCL2125
is the best solution in the market compared to other lenses for 0.99”
projectors.”
The MCL2125 wide angle lens will cover 0.9”, 0.99” and
1.3” LCD panels, 0.95” single-chip DLP panels, plus 0.8”
(16:9), 0.85” (4:3) and 0.95” (4:3). Navitar currently offers
this lens with mounting hardware to adapt to the following projector models:
