Repairs and Returns

If you would like to send a product back for repair, you will need an Return Materials Authorization number (RMA#) issued by the sales department. To obtain an RMA# please call 800-828-6778 or 585-359-4000 and advise:

• Item number
• Problem with equipment
• Date of purchase
• Serial #

Please wait for an RMA# before returning your equipment or it may be refused by our receiving department.
